We were given a large and very affordable room with a safe, multi-channel television, and a small fridge. The hotel had marvellous and comfortable location near to Parkway, hiking trails and wildlife, and many shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Salty Bear Raw Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Appreciated the stay, it was very enjoyable on vacation.

The room was remodeled with a really good view, a balcony overlooking Gatlinburg, fireplace. Coffee, toast, cereals, and hot waffles were a nice touch. The location was great there, close to everything with a far away feeling. The staff were exceptional and consistently courteous.

loved our stay at chalet inn in gatlinburg! the view from the parking lot was amazing and the ground level room provided amazing privacy. the staff at the desk were great and the room was spacious with a hot tub by the window. washer and dryer access was a big plus.
Bathroom had no heat.
